Tow & storage authorization
For the customer to review and sign before we tow.
By signing below, I authorize AMA Towing and Recovery to tow, transport, and store the
vehicle described in this record following an accident. If my vehicle is covered by
full coverage insurance (comprehensive/collision), I authorize AMA Towing and Recovery
to bill my insurance company directly for towing, accident-scene cleanup, and storage
fees. If my policy provides liability coverage only, I understand that I am personally
responsible for all towing, cleanup, and storage fees, and that these fees are due in
full before the vehicle will be released from the lot.
